RETURN POLICY

Please click the link above to start the return process. 

All items must be returned to us in the condition they were received in. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and smoke, deodorant and perfume free with the original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met. Items will be accepted for an exchange, store credit or refund up to 7 days after purchase in store. Online purchase can be returned through returnly (see above link)  and must request return within 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. 

Items purchased in store that are returned after the 7 DAYS will ONLY receive in store credit. NO EXCEPTIONS. Shoes must be returned in the original box without damage to the box.

** Shoes purchased and shipped via our website will be charged a $5 restocking fee if returned effective 12/1/2018**

  • The restocking fee is to cover our portion of  the return and original shipping cost and is not in anyway a profit for us. As a small business shipping cost are high and we want to continue to offer free shipping to you! 

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AFTER 21 DAYS.

  • Final sale on items that CAN NOT be returned include:
  • ALL sale and clearance items
  • Intimates including bralettes
  • jewelry and gift cards.

 

Damaged items: If by chance you receive a damaged or defective item please email a picture and your name to ThePoshPeachLLC@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving to be issued a refund. Damaged items will NOT be accepted for return after the 5 day period. 

The buyer is responsible for the shipping and handling fees of the returned item. Shipping fee are nonrefundable. Online credit refunds have a minimum of a 24 hour wait before we can progress the refund back to you. Credit card refunds will take 3-5 business days to process back to your account depending on the bank.

Once your return is received and processed, you will be issued a credit for the exchange or refund for the cost of the purchase price of the merchandise. This does NOT include shipping cost. If you choose to return your online item in store at The Posh Peach you must have your online receipt to receive a refund.
